I was wondering when a good time to deplete my carbs would be and what kind of schedule should I follow to do that...6 weeks out from show date.

I eat roughly 150-250 g carbs per day...5 days to a week out i taper them down daily to 25-50g the day before and add them back in the night before a show. i add them back at roughly the same time i cut water.
