the week before a photoshoot what can you eat if not protein shakes? just grilled chicken breast?
Also will you carb deplete/load? or use techniques such as creatine loading?
The Carb Cylcling seems to be very risky..
Finally, How do you pump up for a photoshoot.
Sum it up.
What is your 1 week out supplements/diet/ any extra advice?

there are tons of protein sources Chicken Turkey Beef Fish Eggs Nuts Legumes etc
I don't do a full carb depletion. I will reduce them slightly the last few days then bump them up over normal slightly the day before.
pumping for photoshoot depends entirely on the style of shoot
i cut all forms of creatine 7-10 days out from a show
