Ok...heres a question I could use some help with...Whey Protein Isolate..yes or no pre-contest? Its a fudgeing lifesaver for me right now...and i've been leaning out still using it.......but I have had some different opinions.

In my last competition I cut out Pre/Intra and Protein Powders about a week out. It seemed to help me lean out a bit

at the nationals I will cut it 12-14 days out

I have plenty of mass as it is....dialing it in a bit more and knowing what to pump up before the stage is the main focus for me at this time. How about you?

I usually keep my shakes in diet until im a week out then cut them completely and just eat solid foods. Alot of people do it differently, and cut them out at different times.
