The creatine that has worked best for me is Kre-Alkalyn. My body reacts well to it and it delivers exactly what it promises on the label. Attachments:

A couple of my favorite supps have Kre-Alkalyn in them. SCI FIT Dark Energy (Pre-Workout), Shockwave by SciFit (Intra-Workout).

a good protein shake. Looking for protein per serving / Serving Grams you want a ratio that is closest to 100 so there are the least amount of fillers. I will try and get my carbs from a waxy maize source or oats or yams etcc don't really want to get it from a shake that is blended as a meal replacement.

Depends on what my goals are. If I'm gaining it's 'Serious Mass' by optimum nutrition. If I'm cutting anything...anything that makes it easier ;D

For everyday use I like Universal's Atomic 7
No idea why they call it that but is has aminos in gnerous quantities and it tasts good. I use it as my drink first thing in the morning when I'm running on empty and post workout I mix a few servings during the rest of the day. I add jacked 3d when I feel like getting a little boost too. It beats just drinking water all the time.
